The aluminum telescopic J-Wand is a lightweight cleaning wand that is ideal for backpack cleaning systems. Fully extended the J-Wand reaches 54 inches in length which can be reduced down to 37 inches in 1 inch increments. Over 60% lower weight than comparable steel wands, the all aluminum design is very lightweight at only 1lb, which enables longer cleaning time with less operator fatigue.

Extension is simple with a latching thumb slide that unlocks the ratcheting system. Adjustability improves ergonomics for persons of all sizes. Extend the wand to the desired length for cleaning and fit with a swivel neck 38mm floor nozzle. Cleaning high areas is equally as easy with a J-wand, just attach the desired tool and extend to clean ceiling tiles, window casements, ceiling fans, drop-lighting or overhead equipment. Matching connectors allows the use of one or many straight 5 foot extensions (#60781) that can extend cleaning reach up to 30 feet or more.

The tool end of the J-wand is a 38mm male which allows use of the WERK series tool adapter for use with a dusting tool or crevice nozzle. The grip end of the J-wand is a standard 1.5" size with a bead roll for inserting into a regular 1.5" hose cuff. All Vacdepot commercial (WERK) backpacks and central cleaning kits use a custom tool kit with 38mm friction fittings. The 38mm connector is designed to work with only the Aspria or Sandia WERK or COMMERCIAL series backpacks sold by Vacdepot and may not fit other brands using standard 1.5" S-Wands with compression (screw down type) connectors or backpack vacuums sold by other distributors unless those brands also use a telescopic J-wand. We can not guarantee compatibility with vacuums sold elsewhere, even those of the same brands as sold by Vacdepot.
